Yours To Unlock

Terms of Service

Last updated 22 October 2026. In short: one fair price, your gift is yours, be kind with what you put in it, and if something goes wrong we will make it right.

The service

Yours To Unlock (yourstounlock.com) lets you create a personalised digital gift — a private page with a photo, your voice, questions and word puzzles — and share it with one person through a private link and unlock code. No account is required to make or receive a gift.

Price and payment

Each gift costs £7.99 including VAT — the full amount you see is the full amount you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Local currency display may be offered at checkout for buyers outside the UK; the final charge is confirmed by Stripe before you complete payment.

Refunds

Digital gifts are made to order, so they are generally non-refundable once the gift link has been created and delivered. That said, we are reasonable people: if your gift never arrived, was not what you expected, or something simply went wrong, email us within 14 days and we will either fix it or refund you in full.

What you put in a gift

You confirm that you own or have the right to use the photos, recordings and words you place in a gift, and that you have the right to share anything about the person named in it. Gifts must not contain anything illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or intended to frighten or deceive the recipient. We may remove a gift that breaks these rules.

Your gift and its link

Once paid, the gift is yours: the private link and unlock code work for the person you choose, and the link does not expire while the service runs. Keep the link and code private — anyone who has both can open the gift. If a link or code leaks and you want it replaced, contact us and we will reissue it where we can.

Our responsibility

We aim to keep the service available and your gifts safe, and we fix problems as quickly as we can. We cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of a failure on our side. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Acceptable use of the service

Please don't attempt to access other people's gifts, probe or overload the site, or use it to distribute anything harmful. Unlock codes are long and unique on purpose — guessing is not a shortcut.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top changes when we do. If you have a question, a complaint, or something has gone wrong with a gift, email us at director@labyrinthpuzzles.com and we will sort it out.
